We do not accept insurance.

Payment is due prior to treatment, telehealth consultation, or medication dispensing.
Certain services and medications are non-refundable once ordered.
Chargebacks for medically rendered services may be disputed.

You are physically located in a state where our provider is licensed at the time of your appointment.
